Johnny Buscema

Johnny Buscema is the President & CEO of S.A.F.E. Structure Designs, a Christian-based U.S. defense contractor providing safety-first support equipment for the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, Space Force, and Special Ops. Since launching in 2016, Johnny has led S.A.F.E. to become a trusted partner of the Department of Defense with seven U.S. manufacturing facilities and an expanding product line that supports missions on land, air, sea, and space.

What sets Johnny apart is not just his innovation in defense, but his foundation of faith. He openly attributes every success in his career to his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and makes his relationship with Christ the cornerstone of his leadership.

Before founding S.A.F.E., Johnny was CEO of All Metal MS, where he led the company out of bankruptcy and tripled its output. He also built Stylistic Designs Developers, a thriving construction firm in Florida, and began his career in finance with John Hancock, where his skills in financial management and business operations set the foundation for a lifetime of entrepreneurial leadership.
Today, Johnny combines his faith, innovation, and leadership to serve America’s heroes and to witness boldly for Christ through his work and testimony.
